At the AGM, the following people were elected as officers on the committee for 2007-8:

Vice-chairwoman: Wendy Fishel
Secretary: Janet Marsh
Treasurer: Sarah Danzig
Other committee members elected were:

Club subscriptions for 2007-8 remain unchanged from 2006-7 at GBP20.00 for skating members and GBP10.00 for non-skating members.
At the AGM it was reported that club membership has risen from just 45 at the beginning of the club year to 123 – an almost threefold increase in 12 months.

The treasurer’s report and audited accounts revealed that the club has GBP2,296 in its account, compared with GBP1,485 at the end of the previous year. The increase is largely due to a rise in membership.
It is hoped that if finances continue to improve that the club can eventually run an open competition on the Island.

Ultimately, members at the AGM did not vote on accepting the club constitution as presented. With the need to submit a constitution to NISA to ensure it meets requirements for the club to remain affiliated to NISA, instead members at the meeting voted on key changes to the constitution to present for approval.
The two key [...]
